These are my terms of service and they apply whenever you purchase anything from me. Please read these before commissioning me. I will deny your commission request if you don't agree to these terms. Feel free to note me if you have any questions.

I accept USD and Euro as a payment.

USD/EUR payments are to be made through Paypal, through invoice.

I do not take DeviantArt Points as acceptable payment anymore.

Payment is to be sent upfront. Do not send the payment before I've explicitly to you to do so.

You must have the full payment ready within 24 hours of ordering a commission (unless stated otherwise). I have the right to decline your request if you are unable to pay within this timeframe.

Refunds can be given, but the amount that will be refunded will depend on how far I got with the commission. I won't give a full refund if I had already started the commission. Once the commission is finished, I can't refund it.

I do not accept chargebacks through Paypal. If you must, please discuss it with me first.

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I will upload the commissioned work online to my DeviantArt/Tumblr/Twitter account. If you'd prefer to keep the commission private, please let me know.

I will not resell the commissioned work for money.

I have the right to reject your commission request.

You, the commissioner, may upload the work done for you online wherever you'd like. Upon doing so however, you must credit me and link back to my DeviantArt, Tumblr or Twitter profile.

You retain the rights to the intellectual property.

You may not claim the work to be your own or anyone else's but mine.

You may not set the work up for redistribution. You may not use it for any commercial external projects, unless agreed upon. Non-commercial projects are fine.

You may resell it for the same price you bought it for.

You may commission art of characters you do not own. (Fan art, gifts for your friends, etc. as long as the character's owner agrees with it.)

Please understand that I do not work on commissions 24/7 and that things might come up which could lengthen the time it takes for me to finish the work. I do however try to get the work done as fast and as well as possible. Depending on the type of commission it might take me longer than usual to finish it.

A commission form is to be filled in when requesting a commission:

I do not accept "description only" commissions. A digital (preferred) visual reference of the character must be given. (Low quality is fine too.) For the commission types with complex conception a few thumbnail sketches shall be made and shown to the commissioner before starting the painting process. Then, you may choose the sketch you like best. You may request any changes to the sketch you choose, free of charge. After the drawing has been finished you may ask for a small edit (free of charge). Larger edits will cost $10 (unless I accidentally missed something vital in the characters design; then it will be free of charge)

The client in regards to adopted designs retains the right to the character design itself, the intellectual property.

You may not upload my artwork of the design to a gallery intended for your own work only. (i.e. deviantart/weasyl/furaffinity/ect)

You may add the character/design/art to a site intended for character sharing, provided it is all properly credited back to me with a working link. (i.e. Toyhou.se/Charahub/Character Weebly/Wix)

You may gift or trade design to another person at any time. You may resell a design for the price you purchased it for.

You may add additional cost to design to recoup revenue spent on additional art. I will not intervene in any ownership disputes.

You may not ever harass others over a design, or start a dispute with me or others about a design or payment issues. If you have a question or concern, please contact me as soon as possible in private to avoid unneeded drama.

Explicit NSFW/fetish. Nudity is fine to a degree (I won't draw exposed boobs/genitals)

Pedophilia/racism/misogyny/ableism/abuse/torture/etc.

Explicit gore (light/cartoon gore is fine)

Imitations of someone else's art style

Extremely muscular characters

Mecha (robots are fine)

Furry (anthro and feral), humans, any fantasy species

Fan art of any media that doesnt conflict with the I Do Not Draw section

Ship art/romantic art

Illustrations of scenes from given text (original, fanfiction, etc.)
